Popular HART Slurry Pump FAQ’s
All HART products are produced in ISO9001 certified facilities. We have contracted Africa Slurry Pump Solutions to provide technical support services including inspection and testing. ASPS is well-advanced towards obtaining its own ISO 9001 accreditation.
We often repair pumps of major manufacturers using HART parts with zero fitment issues.
Our reference list include eight African and South American countries. We will gladly put you in contact with a relatable reference site.
On request we conduct comprehensive slurry pump system audits. More often than not these audits highlight suboptimal application design decisions. Also, processes vary over time, and assumptions made years ago may not hold true anymore. By accurately assessing and overlaying pump and system curves we can pinpoint trouble areas and advise on the best way to resolve them.
Our ever-expanding product range include nine pump series. We cater for applications ranging from pumping rocks the size of bricks to carbon transfer, pumping froth to filter-press feed, mill circuit to spillage duty, and anything in between.
Although 90% of slurry pump applications are best served by our standard M27 High Chrome and R60 Natural Rubber, we offer a comprehensive material range. For more exotic applications we offer metals optimised for low pH, high temperature or ultra-abrasive duties. Polymer options include neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, Hypalon, polyurethane and others. The range is rounded out by several cast ceramic alternatives.
Absolutely. We offer various trial options. One of the most common is our “ZERO risk trial” which proves the superior performance and wear life of our pumps and components at zero risk to the client. Please contact us for more detailed information on our trial options.
Our largest horizontal end suction slurry pump has a 16inch Inlet and a 14inch outlet commonly known as a 16/14, with up to 1200kw power handling a flow exceeding 3000m3/hr. Our vertical spindle slurry pumps range up to 300mm discharge.
We offer several supply chain models, with in-country inventory in most African mining territories. On a case-by-case basis we will evaluate if consignment stock is the most effective solution for our customers.
