Applications Engineering Division

Through application engineering and assessing each application individually, MARJEN are able to provide the best possible solutions and improve operations for its clients.

By specifying the correct product for the individual application, we ensure the client reduces operational costs and therefore brings down the operations Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

MARJEN can, on request, carry out complete pump, valve, and mixing surveys. This then enables our technical team to advise the client on the best possible solution.

Pump Division

MARJEN supplies a full range of pumps for all pumping applications.

  • HART slurry pumps in association with Africa Slurry Pump Solutions
  • RNE vertical spindle pumps
  • AFROMIX peristaltic pumps
  • PIPER PUMPS air diaphragm Sandpiper, Vega pumps, vertical and horizontal multistage pumps, Maxam clear water, sewage and submersible pumps, dosing pumps, and many more pumps.

Supply Division

The supply division deals mainly in the supply of pumps, valves, agitators, and cap lamps.

MARJEN can supply PPE, safety equipment, mechanical seals, gland packing and other industrial supplies on request.,

AFOMIX – Keeping Fluid in Motion

AFROMIX is a leading manufacturer of mixers. Although historically its market has been the mining industry, AFROMIX’s growing markets includes: chemical, food, beverage, pulp and paper, water treatment and pharmaceutical industries.

Cap Lamp Division

We do not only sell cap lamps but also repair cap lamps and chargers.

We often travel to sites to check charging rack conditions and give any advice. Warranties are given on our cap lamps.

Valves Division

We can source and supply valves, if requested, by our customers.

Workshop and Service Division

For all the products we supply, clients have the option to either carry out onsite maintenance themselves or, alternatively, bring the product to us for service. Should MARJEN service the products, these are repaired to as new and carry a full warrantee.

Stock Holding

MARJEN carries a wide range of stock for all the slurry pump and vertical spindle pump ranges. Cap lamps are stocked.
Due to the wide variety of all our other products, we have limited stock holdings.

We also have small-scale mining consignment stock at two Intra-quip sales outlets in Kwekwe and Filabusi.

Product Knowledge, Training and Technical Support

We supply onsite maintenance training to all our customers, should they request it. The training covers the complete stripping, assembly and repair of pumps. We also cover the setting of impellers, pump selection and installation. We give instructions and training on how to read pump curves, do pump selection and calculate friction losses.

Our agents all supply technical support and back up should the need arise and will visit sites to do surveys should this be necessary.
